Response targets shown are for Business and Enterprise plans. Starter and Pro plans follow their per-tier response times above, with security emergencies always jumped to the front of the queue.
Uptime is measured as a percentage per calendar month on the production site. Exclusions: planned maintenance announced in advance, force majeure, upstream host/DNS/CDN outages, and client-caused issues.
