Why it exists
Built for our own field work first
We were paying per user, per month, for forms software and still fighting it. So we built the three pieces we actually used, and we run our own paperwork on it every day.
Your templates, not ours
The document layer speaks the same placeholder language as the software most crews already use, so the Word templates you spent years perfecting keep working.
Private by default
Hosted on Cloudflare, submission emails contain a link and nothing else, and it is built HIPAA-ready for clients who need a compliance agreement in place.
FreezeFrame Forms runs Freeze Frame's own field paperwork today and is available to clients by arrangement while we finish the public sign-up. If you are paying per user for a forms app and mostly using it to make PDFs, it is worth a conversation.
