Can your logo show up in the inbox?
BIMI is what puts your verified logo next to your emails in Gmail and Apple Mail — a grey initial becomes your brand. Enter your domain and we'll check the three things it takes. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Why it's worth it
A logo where everyone else has a grey circle.
In a crowded inbox, a verified logo is instant recognition and instant trust — and it is a signal that you took the trouble to authenticate your mail properly. It builds on the same DMARC work that stops people spoofing you, so the security win comes first and the brand win comes free on top.
Not sure where your DMARC stands? The email spoofing checker is the place to start — BIMI can't display without it.
Straight answers
What is BIMI, in plain terms?
BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) is what puts your company logo in the little avatar circle next to your emails in supporting inboxes. It is a trust and recognition signal — recipients see a verified logo instead of a grey initial, which helps your mail stand out and look legitimate.
Why does it need DMARC first?
BIMI is built on top of email authentication. Mailbox providers will only show your logo if they can be sure the mail is really from you — which is exactly what an enforced DMARC policy (quarantine or reject) proves. If your DMARC is at "none," fixing that comes first. Our email spoofing checker tells you where your DMARC stands.
Do I really need the paid certificate?
For Gmail and Apple Mail, yes — they require a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC), which is issued by a certificate authority after they verify you own the trademark on the logo, and it carries an annual cost (typically around a thousand dollars a year). Some other inboxes show BIMI without it. Whether the VMC is worth it depends on how much of your audience is on Gmail and Apple, and how much brand recognition in the inbox matters to you. We will give you the honest math, not a hard sell.
Is anything stored?
No. This reads public DNS records straight from your browser via Cloudflare's resolver. No signup, nothing logged, nothing sent.
Want your logo in the inbox?
We'll get your DMARC enforced first (the security win), then set up BIMI and walk you through the VMC decision with honest math. It's a natural part of a website and brand glow-up.
